It is the intent of the followingspecifications to describe the Culvert needs for Fannin County for one contract year only to begin upon acceptance. 2. Bid prices shall be based on deliveryto county barns as specified or to specific site locations within theboundaries of Fannin County, Texas with no minimum load. 3. Pipe may be ordered in varied lengthsfrom three (3) to sixty (60) feet in order to meet the county's requirement. 5. Ends on all pipes will be finished bygrinding smooth and painting with galvanizing paing, or corrugated. NO PIPE WITH JAGGED OR PIGTAIL ENDS WILLBE ACCEPTED.6. The diameter size will be determined byINSIDE MEASUREMENT of thepipe. 7.
