The purpose of this procurement vehicle is to establish a pre-qualified list of suppliers (hereinafter referred Source List) who meet all of the mandatory criteria to provide Canada with responsible and effective AI services, solutions and products. Subsequently, solicitation opportunities will be competed amongst the pre-qualified suppliers on the Source List for AI covering a variety of desired outcomes and needs. Canada has revised the quarterly supplier submission review schedule in section 2.7 of the ITQ document to an annual review schedule. The newly revised schedule will replace the previous published schedule after June 30, 2026.
