The U.S. Embassy in Bogotá is soliciting Apple products under solicitation number PR16085054 for delivery to its warehouse in Bogotá, Colombia, with a response deadline of July 7, 2026. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items issued under FAR 12.202, intended to result in a Purchase Order awarded on a lowest priced technically acceptable basis without discussions. Offers must be submitted electronically to BogotaGSOCompras@state.gov with PR16085054 in the subject line, and all responsible sources may respond, provided they are legally established in Colombia and fully comply with all applicable Colombian regulations. Vendors, whether based in Colombia or the United States, must quote prices in either Colombian Pesos (COP) or U.S. Dollars (USD), but all pricing must reflect DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms at the Embassy warehouse, including full responsibility for export and import clearance, duties, taxes, customs brokerage, storage, and air waybill or bill of lading release fees—especially for shipments exceeding $2,000 USD or 50 kilograms. Products required include specific iPhone models, chargers, screen protectors, and cases, all of which must be brand new without exceptions for refurbished, altered, or alternative items, and must precisely match the specified models and features. Each quote must include unit prices, tax details, and total amounts, along with a completed Scope of Work chart, technical information sheets for every product model, and a Contractor’s Certification for compliance with NDAA Section 889 and FAR 52.204-24 regarding prohibited telecommunications and surveillance equipment. Additionally, full delivery in one shipment is mandatory, with real-time shipment tracking and a detailed packing list required upon delivery. All offerors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award under FAR 52.204-7, and offers remain valid for three months. The Government will evaluate proposals based on mandatory pass/fail criteria including product condition, documentation completeness, and NDAA compliance, with failure in any of these areas rendering a proposal unacceptable regardless of price. Payment will be made via EFT within 30 calendar days after receipt and acceptance of goods.
