Each quote must include unit prices, tax details, and total amounts, along with a completed Scope of Work chart, technical information sheets for every product model, and a Contractor’s Certification for compliance with NDAA Section 889 and FAR 52.204-24 regarding prohibited telecommunications and surveillance equipment. Additionally, full delivery in one shipment is mandatory, with real-time shipment tracking and a detailed packing list required upon delivery. All offerors must be registered in the SAM database prior to award under FAR 52.204-7, and offers remain valid for three months.
