The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) proposes to enter into a contract with Qiagen LLC, in Germantown, MD, on a basis of other than full and open competition. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested, the Government shall consider capability statements.
This requirement includes:
Remote technical support from Manufacturers certified and authorized service technician(s). This support must be available for a minimum of 0600 -1800, ET, Monday -Friday. Response by certified and authorized support technician(s) within two business days of an issue with the softwares performance. Control software updates IAW Manufacturers standards/requirements. Software must run in multiple operating system (OS) environments. Software must have Authorization to Operate (ATO) certification. Discounts on advanced training for laboratory/operator personnel.
The NAICS code for this action is 334516. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
