This bid solicitation is a re-tender of the requirement described in bid solicitation number W6369-25-X007 dated 27 October 2025. The Department of National Defence requires professional services to conduct electronic countermeasures and electronic support measures simulations and experiments in support of Electronic Warfare (EW) Test and Evaluation (T&E) and Concept Development activities. This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1, in National Capital Region and level of expertise for one of the two following streams and categories: WORKSTREAM 1 - TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES: T.1 Radio Frequency Systems Specialist, Level 2 T.1 Radio Frequency Systems Specialist, Level 3 WORKSTREAM 2 - APPLICATION SERVICES: A.6. Programmer/Software Developer, Level 2 The solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract in each of the two (2) Workstreams, with each contract purchasing Work from only one stream. Bidders do not have to submit a bid for each stream. In the event that a Bidder wants to bid on more than one stream, a separate technical bid should be submitted for each stream.
