The IT Specialist will be responsible for effective installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure, this individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, administrators, and medical staff to effectively provide healthcare services. This Specialist is accountable for the following systems: Windows systems; Windows and Applications that are supported for use with and include the RPMS and EHR Systems; responsibilities on these systems include support and maintenance to ensure continual operations.
