Solicitation # W912HZ27X1CTB
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center is conducting market research via a Request for Information to identify US-based contractors capable of the on-site fabrication and final assembly of a three-bay, monolithic reinforced concrete High-Performance Magazine structure. Located at Range 19, Fort Polk, Louisiana, this experimental test structure will be cast-in-place and is intended for eventual destruction. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of Grade 60 reinforcing steel, 10,000 PSI self-consolidating concrete, structural sand fill with a density of 100 PCF, and the construction of three reinforced concrete doors and a protective sand/earth berm.
