The Government estimate for this effortis approximately $900 million. This solicitation will be unrestricted. Thecontractor will be tasked to accomplish the work as specified in the PWS. Aperformance based, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract isanticipated with provisions for cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price and fixed-price-incentive (firm targets) orders.
