The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to service, maintain, and provide emergency service on vertical lift equipment located on the campus of Clement J. Zablocki VAMC, Milwaukee, WI. Vendor must be able to do complete maintenance on all equipment on the attached list to include preventative maintenance and emergency service. All interested responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by Noon Central on Thursday January 4, 2017 to include detailed description of the firm s experience in maintaining same type equipment, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed. Summaries must be submitted via email to contact@example.gov.
