J -- Hardware and Software Support, Onsite Maintenance

This contract involves providing comprehensive hardware and software support for the IMI Custom Document Imaging System, which handles both classified and unclassified documentation. Support includes unlimited telephone assistance during business hours (0730 to 1630, Monday through Friday) for various software components such as File Magic 5 Series, File Magic Office, IMI’s Custom Imaging Software, and Plasmon NT Manager. Software upgrades within the same version are included under this support. Additionally, the agreement covers onsite maintenance that encompasses all parts and labor for critical hardware components.
