The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a three (3) year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to the Electric Boat Corporation (EB), A General Dynamics Corporation, 75 Eastern Point Road, Groton, CT 06340-4989. The BOA will support the issuance of cost plus fixed fee (CPFF), firm fixed price (FFP), and time and material (T&M) orders for technical and engineering support for operational SSN and SSBN class submarines; submarine modernization program support for operational SSN and SSBN class submarines; and ShipAlts, repairs, modifications and field changes to Submarine NR-1.
