J--MOTOROLA HAND-HELD PORTABLE RADIO UPGRADES

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Lee, Virginia, plans to award a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order to Motorola Inc. for upgrading XTS5000 hand-held portable radios.
