Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Gordon, GA intends to issue a sole award to Pierce Manufacturing, Inc.' 2600 American Drive, Appleton, WI in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)and FAR 6.302-2 (a)(1)on September 17, 2009, in an amount not greater than $325,002.00. The justifications for the sole source are only one responsible source and compelling urgency.
