Full Description

The 918th Contracting Battalion/MICC-Fort Carson intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole-source basis to Improve Group, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The 918th Contracting Battalion/MICC-Fort Carson intends to purchase an extended service agreement for Spacesaver branded mobile shelving systems located at Fort Carson, Colorado. The Contractor will supply all material/parts, labor, tools, and equipment necessary to perform preventative maintenance and repair of the Spacesaver systems. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Any interested party that believes they can fulfill this requirement should submit a capability statement to be reviewed. All submissions will be considered, however there is no guarantee that submissions in response to this notice will in any way alter the Government's acquisition strategy.
