Notice of Intent Southern Regional Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source contract to Nuance Communications for one year Preventive Service Maintenance contract on Nuance Dictaphone Enterprise System software and hardware. Nuance Communications retains proprietary maintenance service rights for products sold directly to the customer. Nuance owns the software rights and data rights that are required to properly maintain the government owned equipment. Continued maintenance from the original provider is necessary to ensure equipment maintains functionality as it was intended when purchased. Award will be made on or about 30 August 2012. The NAICS code 541511, size standard is $25M.
