The EPS is seeking repair on a 2008 Ford F-350 truck with a non-functioning air conditioning (AC) unit.  


All repairs will be completed at the vendor’s place of business, which shall not exceed a 30-mile radius from EPS’ worksite located at: 5000 South 5th Ave, Hines, IL 60141.


Criteria:  Vendor must provide proof for the following requirements along with the solicitation to be deemed acceptable.


  1. Vendor must be a certified Ford repair center.
  2. Vendor’s business must be registered with the local county clerk’s office and the Illinois Department of Revenue.
  3. Vendor must possess ASE certification for the necessary vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
  4. Vendor must have an active profile within SAM.gov and be in good standing for government contracts.

Service must be completed within 7 days of the contract being signed


Vendor will conduct repairs related to the non-functioning AC unit in the 2008 Ford F-350 (VIN: 1FTWW33R88ED18032). The cost of repair will include all parts, labor, and industry-standard fees, determined at the time of contract award.  The Federal Government is a tax exempt entity.
