This full maintenance service contract covers Variable Refrigerant Flow condensers and fan coil units, make-up air units, energy recovery units, and split-system air conditioning units. The contractor assumes total service responsibility, including the provision of all labor, tools, and consumable components such as belts, filters, and sensors. Performance requirements include quarterly preventative maintenance, a four-hour onsite response time for emergency service calls, and a twenty-four-hour response for routine requests.
