PN: 568A4-26-SL001, Fire System Maintenance FY26 A ** This is a Sources Sought Notice for the purpose of conducting Market Research. Proposals are NOT being requested, nor accepted at this time. Responses are being requested from Small Businesses. ** Purpose: The VA Black Hills Health Care System (VABHHCS), Hot Springs Campus in Hot Springs, South Dakota is seeking qualified potential contractors to provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to complete Project 568A4-26-SL001 Fire System Maintenance FY26 A. Work includes repairing various components of the fire suppression & safety systems at the VABHHCS, Hot Springs Campus, in accordance with the contract documents. Period of Performance for this work is 30 Calendar Days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), including all lead times on equipment and materials. This is a Sources Sought Notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. Bonding: Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds are not anticipated to be required, unless the quote is over $35,000.
