Strict response times are mandated based on area criticality, ranging from two hours for patient-critical areas to eight hours for administrative areas. Qualified contractors must provide personnel with IICRC, OSHA 30, and Texas TDLR certifications. Proposals are due by November 18, 2027, and must be submitted in two separate PDF volumes, including a redacted technical version for evaluation.
