This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Network Contracting Office 9 is seeking potential sources for Alaris pump onsite equipment management program. Each device type Pint-of-Care (PCU), Large Valume Pump (LVP), Syringe Pump Module ,Patient-Controlled Analgesia (PCA), End-TidalCO (EtCO ) has its own detailed procedure. Many steps require special tools, training technique. And careful handling to avoid damaging sensitive components such as the IUI connectors, sensors, drive mechanisms, and ports. What makes this work especially time-consuming and challenging is that they must require the following: Clean and protect delicate connector pins using the correct alcohol and tools Remain soil from internal parts without touching components that could be damage Keep device fully wet with disinfectant for the full 3-minute kill-time Remove all disinfectant residue to prevent sticking or malfunctioning Follow multiple cycles and final inspection steps before the pump can go back into service As an ISO 13485:2016 certified organization, all devices under our care are maintained according to industry leading standards for quality and patient safety. All equipment activity and service documentation is tracked in our enterprise software (Vityl), which enables us to proactively manage service and measure performance.
