1. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation is available. All interested parties must respond to the Sources Sought Notice in writing. The purpose of this sources sought notice is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HubZone and other Small Businesses interested in and capable of providing the services described below. Responses to this notice must include the following: (a) company name (b) address (c) point of contact (d) phone and email (e) SAM UEI number (f) Business size standard, and (g) must provide a capability statement that addresses the organizations qualifications and ability to perform the work described below. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to fully comply with the requirement. The Government is requesting an informal quote for these services in addition to a capability statement using the included price schedule found on the last page of this Sources Sought Notice.
