Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price order to ScriptPro USA Inc (UEI: RTB3DEMJ91U4) in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The order is for ScriptPro system support services for multiple locations within Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21). The period of performance is from October 1, 2026 September 30, 2027 with two one-year option periods. Locations: San Francisco VA, San Francisco VA Inpatient Pharmacy, Oakland VA Clinic, Santa Rosa VA Clinic, Palo Alto VA, Menlo Park VA Clinic, Las Vegas VA Medical Center, Fresno VA, Reno VA, Martinez VA Clinic, Mather VA, McClellan VA Clinic, Chico VA Clinic, Redding VA Clinic, Stockton VA Clinic, Manila VA Clinic, Honolulu VA, and Sacramento Data Center. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. This is NOT a solicitation.
