Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5 (NCO 5) is issuing Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The contractor shall provide annual calibration of all MERRT radiation survey equipment. The Contractor will provide instrument repair service as needed and specified in the contract for the VHA Office of Emergency Management (OEM) in accordance to the line items and performance work statement.
This is a request for quotations (RFQ). The associated NAICS code for procurement is 541380 with a size standard of $19 million. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award Firm Fixed Price. Prospective quoters must be registered in sam.gov. All SDVOSB/VOSB must be registered and current in U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA VetCert) at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) to be eligible for award. Contractors that submit quotation for SDVOSB/VOSB set asides that are not listed in sba vetcert will be deemed non-responsive. All quotes shall be submitted via email by September 24, 2026 at 3pm, EST. All interested contractors shall submit quotation via email to Contracting Officer, Charles.willis@va.gov. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading attachments, and any issued amendments from https://sam.gov.
