The improvement consists of: This contract provides for the improvement of the intersection of James Street and Bakerview Road in Bellingham, Washington with a new roundabout, sidewalks, road crossings, stormwater facilities, wall, and other work, all in accordance with the contract plans, contract provisions, and standard specifications. Price Range: $3,300,000- $3,700,000 Plans, specifications, special provisions, basis to be used in comparing bids, proposal and contract can be viewed at the City of Bellingham website (https://cob.procureware.com/) or seen at the Purchasing Office, 210 Lottie Street, Bellingham, Washington, 98225, phone +1 (555) 000-0000.
