Janitorial Services - Buffalo

The State of Missouri, through the Office of Administration Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction, is soliciting competitive bids for janitorial services at a state-leased building located at 104 N. Cedar in Buffalo, Missouri. The facility is approximately 8,997 square feet and houses the Department of Social Services and the Department of Health and Senior Services. Strict compliance is required regarding safety and health standards, including the use of hospital-grade quaternary disinfectants, OSHA-compliant bloodborne pathogen kits, and the maintenance of Safety Data Sheets in all janitorial closets. Additionally, all contractor personnel must undergo a background check and security clearance process, including fingerprinting and the submission of a state identification badge agreement. Payments are processed within 45 calendar days of receiving a valid invoice.
