The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify qualified offerors with an established business presence in Puerto Rico and demonstrated capability to provide janitorial services for Armed Forces Recruiting Facilities located throughout Puerto Rico. The anticipated requirement is for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a one (1) twelve-month base period and four (4) one-year option periods.

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, quality control, and other resources necessary to perform comprehensive janitorial services at Armed Forces Recruiting Facilities throughout Puerto Rico.

This Sources Sought Notice is being issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. The Government is seeking information from interested and qualified firms to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for this requirement. CAPABILITY STATEMENT REQUIREMENTS

Interested firms are requested to submit a Capability Statement demonstrating their qualifications, experience, and ability to perform the anticipated requirement.
Firm's Business category and Business Size - Other than Small, Small Business, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, or HUBZone. If your firm is a Small Business, be sure you understand the performance of work requirements for your specific socioeconomic category. i.e. SB, 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, or HUBZone.
Capability Statements shall be limited to five (5) pages and shall include the following information:
Company name, address, UEI, CAGE Code, point of contact, telephone number, and email address.
Verification of current SBA 8(a) certification status.
Identification of office location(s) and confirmation of the firm's established business presence within Puerto Rico.
Description of the firm's capability to provide janitorial services throughout Puerto Rico, including staffing resources, management structure, and ability to service multiple geographically dispersed locations.
