The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify qualified offerors with an established business presence in Puerto Rico and demonstrated capability to provide janitorial services for Armed Forces Recruiting Facilities located throughout Puerto Rico. The anticipated requirement is for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a one (1) twelve-month base period and four (4) one-year option periods.

The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, quality control, and other resources necessary to perform comprehensive janitorial services at Armed Forces Recruiting Facilities throughout Puerto Rico.

This Sources Sought Notice is being issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. The Government is seeking information from interested and qualified firms to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for this requirement. Interested firms are requested to submit a Capability Statement demonstrating their qualifications, experience, and ability to perform the anticipated requirement.
