Full Description

This requirement is anticipated as a set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Businesses (EDWOSB) only. The United States Coast Guard is seeking interested parties capable of performing Janitorial Services at USCG Air Station Los Angeles, in Los Angeles California. Facilities consist of approximately 20,500 square feet and include office spaces, living quarters, restrooms and showers, stairways and passageways. Floor coverings consist of carpet and tile. Services shall be provided Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week, between the hours of 0730 and 1500 for a minimum of 6.5 hours each day. The contractor is to provide all of but not limited to the following: vacuum cleaners, dust mops, buffing/stripping/waxing equipment and materials. This is not a solicitation. A solicitation will be issued which will include a scheduled site visit date, complete performance work statement, and a detailed layout of the facilities.
