Janitorial Services - Monroe House (Jefferson City)

The State of Missouri Office of Administration is soliciting bids for a one-year janitorial services contract at the Monroe House building, located on the second floor of 235 East High Street in Jefferson City. The contract period runs from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2027, with the possibility of three additional one-year renewal periods. The selected vendor will provide evening cleaning services five times per week between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. for approximately 7,763 cleanable square feet.
