Department of Homeland Security, 425 I Street, NW, Suite 2208, Washington, DC 20536 Description: This solicitation will contain a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Solicitation is set aside for Hubzone contractors in the specified area as per FAR 19.13. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. The purpose of the resultant contract will be to provide housekeeping support service to the EOIR at the Oakdale Service Processing Center, Oakdale, Louisiana. These services include all custodial, window washing and trash/recycle for the facility. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with this specification.
