Perform custodial services within the designated areas of the building’s living quarters and spaces; performing an annual strip and wax of all tile floors during the month of June and providing daily custodial services of the kitchens and dinning, recreational and gaming areas, laundry rooms, gyms, community restrooms with showers, hallways, and stairwells between floors; removing trash (otherwise known as non-hazardous municipal solid waste (MSW)) and emptying recycle bins; cleaning windows (indoors), food service areas, sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors; dusting and scrubbing walls; cleaning upholstered furniture. Any direction that falls outside this limited scope shall be handled as a formal contract modification.. The Contractor shall display the appropriate caution signs when cleaning floors or any other surface that might pose a risk to injury for any personnel that are present.
