Switches (quantity 6) should be Ubiquiti UniFi Pro Max 48 PoE switch (USW-Pro-Max-48-PoE (720W)) or equivalent. Bids should include any and all hardware and licensing required to power up, operate, and manage the switches, including power supplies, fans, etc.
Wireless Access Points (quantity 16) should be Ubiquiti UniFi Access Point 7 Pro (U7-Pro-US) or equivalent. Bids should include any applicable licensing necessary to operate and manage the WAPs.
Firewall should be Palo Alto Networks PA-540 or equivalent w/ Precision AI Network Security Subscription Bundle, or equivalent licensing. Firewall should be capable of at least 3 Gbps throughput with threat prevention features enabled. Firewall should include 3 years of maintenance and support, as well as 3 years of licensing for security features. Respondents should include a breakdown of E-Rate eligible and ineligible costs with each bid. If quoted firewall does not include rack mounting hardware, include pricing for the hardware required to mount the firewall in a standard 4-post equipment rack. P/N PAN-1RU-4POST-RACK-10 or equivalent. In addition, we are seeking bids for a maintenance & support renewal (1-year) for an existing Palo Alto PA-850. (Serial # provided upon request.) P/N PAN-SVC-BKLN-850-R or equivalent. Respondents should include a breakdown of E-Rate eligible and ineligible costs with bid.

Quantity 24 Panduit Mini-Com Cat6A UTP jack module, Black. P/N CJ6X88TGBL, or equivalent. Quantity 12 Panduit Mini-Com 24-port 1U modular patch panel w/ label pocket. P/N CPPL24WBLY, or equivalent. Patch panels quoted must be compatible with quoted Cat6 & Cat6A jack modules. Quantity 7 Ubiquiti UniFi Etherlighting Patch Cable 0.15m, 24-pack. P/N UACC-Cable-Patch-EL-0.15M-W-24, or equivalent. Need 168 total patch cables.
All bids must reference the USAC Form 470 identification number associated with this 470 in order to be considered. Additional points will be awarded in the review process to vendors who are willing to invoice using the SPI (discount) billing method.
