JCLC Encampment: Phoenix Union Schools

The U.S. Army Contracting Command at Fort Knox is soliciting encampment services for the Phoenix Union High School District’s JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge, scheduled for May 24–28, 2026. The contract requires a firm-fixed-price provider to deliver comprehensive non-personal services including lodging for 104 cadets and 28 cadre, meals, training facilities, equipment, laundry, showers, dining, and transportation via three electric golf carts, all at a single location on Fort Knox, Kentucky.
