This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. The purpose of this notice is to provide information regarding this requirement. MICC-FortKnox, 199 6th Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121, on behalf of the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) Mission Support Battalion, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source award for the provision of electrical services and all necessary materials for exhibit and office spaces assigned to the U.S. Army at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) Annual Convention. The event is scheduled for October 12-14, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.


This sole source award to ACTE is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028). This sole source is authorized under FAR 12.102(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028) – soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deems only one source reasonably available.
