NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD


The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase Marine Jet Power Inc.


Company Name: Marine Jet Power Inc.


It is the belief of the government that this company is the sole source to fulfill the need of one responsible source to satisfy agency requirement for Jet Drive Rebuild Kits


(See attached justification [JOTFOC])


The total estimated value is less than $37,000.00


This sole source contracting action is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(a)(1)(iii) and 6.303-2 modified to reflect procedures in 13.5 (a)(i).


This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the item/s included in this requirement.


Marine Jet Power Inc; Small Business, NAICS 333618; STANDARD SIZE 1500.


Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objectives.


The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the


Government.
