The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to with the awarded vendor to build and install the kiosk from start to finish as a turn-key project. The UDWR project leader will oversee the process and will not provide labor or construction support, apart from mounting the prefabricated metal/PVC signs once the kiosk installation is complete.
Mandatory Site Visit: None
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Estimated budget for project is $20,000.00.
Length of Contract: Final installation on-site must be completed no later than December 15, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for thru the completion of the project.
