Title: Job Corps Data Center IT Facilities Management The Department of Labor (DOL), Job Corps has a requirement for a full service Contractor-operated, Government-owned Information Technology (IT) facility located in Austin, Texas with a back-up Contractor-operated Government-leased facility in Limestone, Maine. A site visit visual tour of the Job Corps Data Center(s) URL will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website and provided in the RFP. Prospective offerors are to provide service requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work and attachments identified in the solicitation. DOL contemplates a Labor-Hour contract with fixed rates and reimbursements for Other Direct Costs. This action will be set-aside for 100% small business. The applicable NAICS code is 541513 with business size standard $25 Million. It is anticipated that the period of performance will be one (1) base year with (4) four 12-month option years. This solicitation will be issued electronically on or about January 23, 2009 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be mailed.
