Rore, Inc. (small business), Port Angeles, Washington 98362, is being awarded an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum amount of $75,000,000 for category III and category IV construction projects in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Northwest area of responsibility (AOR). No task orders are being issued at this time. All work for this contract will be performed in the west sound region of the NAVFAC Northwest AOR to include Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) - Bangor, Silverdale, Washington; NBK - Bremerton, Bremerton, Washington; and, to a lesser extent, Naval Station Everett, Everett, WA; and Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor, Washington. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of December 2019. Contract funds in the amount of $25,000 for the guaranteed minimum are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
