At that time, all bids that have been duly received will be publicly read aloud via Zoom Video Conferencing at:

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on October 3, 2024, at 10:00AM CT, in the Board Room located in the Admin Building, New Century AirCenter, One New Century Parkway, New Century, Kansas, followed by a Site Visit at Johnson County Executive Airport, 15335 S. Pflumm Road, Olathe, Kansas. Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on October 8, 2024, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid:
Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas.
Qualifications: refer to Section 20-02 of the Project Manual for specified documentation
Davis Bacon: The Successful Bidder to this IFB is required to comply with wage and labor provisions and to pay minimum wages in accordance with the current schedule of wage rates established by the United States Department of Labor. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening.
