Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on October 22, 2024 for BID –WESTMORELAND COUNTY PRISON SHOWER RENOVATION. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101. All Bidders shall attend one of two Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings at the Job Site, which is located at Westmoreland County Prison, 3000 S. Grande Boulevard, Greensburg, PA. Meetings will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, or 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids. An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation: BID – WESTMORELAND COUNTY PRISON SHOWER RENOVATION Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
