THIS IS NOT AN OPEN SOLICITATION. THIS IS ONLY OPEN TO SELFRIDGE ANG BASE MATOC CONTRACTORS. 1. This TO provide for, Work includes but not limited to: Building 160 - Demolish existing interior partitions and facility systems. Construct interior administrative areas to include: new interior partitions, surfaces/finishes, ceilings, light fixtures, and HVAC. Construct a 2,500 square foot addition. Prepare entire facility to include: new fire suppression system, upgrade fire alarm system, repair plumbing systems, repair electrical system, remove asbestos containing materials and lead paint, replace roof and window/door systems, and restore existing siding/masonry and finishes in accordance with historical facility guidelines. Exterior improvements as required. Option 1- Building 831: construct interior mobility storage administration areas to include: new interior partitions with associated surfaces/finishes, drop ceiling, light fixtures, and HVAC. Construct supporting restroom/ locker room areas. Provide new plumbing/sanitary sewer systems, and reconfigure fire alarm/suppression, electrical, and HVAC systems to support interior mobility storage administration/ restroom/ locker room areas as required. Option 2 - GOV Parking Lot: Parking Lot adjacent to Building 160 shall be repaired for security forces vehicles. Work to include, but not limited to repair/ replacement of existing asphalt parking surface and installed of a secured perimeter. Option 3 - POV Parking Lot: Work to include, but not limited to: Construct a new 3,900 square yard POV parking lot near Building 160.
