Jordan Farm Pesticide Building HVAC Project B37 Pesticide storage building requires year-round temperature control. Existing unit heater and fresh air damper plenum do not provide sufficient control. Scope of work includes but not limited to provide and install new fume hood with required accessories and remote mounted exhaust fan on roof, provide and install new heat pump unit with outside air for pesticide storage rooms ventilations requirements, temperature and relative humidity control system and provide and install new three transfer air grilles for storage rooms and two ceiling transfer air grilles for outside air requirements and all other allied work described within the IFT documents to address the air quality and temperature requirements of the building. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be a site visit on January 15, 2024 @ 10H00AM.
