MAXIMO CRJZD9 Design and install complete new control system to replace the outdated controls in the 2502 HVAC system. Work shall also include a new web-based server in the mechanical room to control the existing HVAC equipment. New controls shall provide for proper balancing between recirculated air and fresh outside air, dehumidifying, and interlocks with the kitchen exhaust fans. New control devices and software shall be compatible with existing HVAC equipment.
