The contract aims to conduct a market survey by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, on behalf of the Joint Tactical Networking Center (JTNC), to identify vendors interested in participating in the National Security Agency’s Commercial COMSEC Evaluation Program (NSA CCEP). This program focuses on potential certification of Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) compatible Software Defined Radios (SDRs) intended for future Department of Defense production contracts. The survey is designed to help the government assess vendor interest and understand the resources required to support vendor entry into the NSA CCEP, particularly targeting non-developmental, off-the-shelf SDR solutions. Interested vendors are requested to provide company details along with a completed Information Assurance Questionnaire to demonstrate their system capabilities. The survey does not constitute a solicitation for proposals and does not guarantee vendor selection for participation. Responses must be submitted electronically by a specified deadline and may include proprietary information, which the government will handle accordingly. The contract emphasizes that no payment will be made for survey responses and that formal solicitation opportunities will be announced separately. The point of contact for submissions and inquiries is the designated contracting officer at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command in San Diego.
