Full Description
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and a further written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to place a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this requirement.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date and prior to any contract award. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:
1. Complete (must be signed) Page 3 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) showing an All-Inclusive Price: The proposed price must be fully burdened and inclusive of all costs associated with this requirement. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. The Government will not pay any separate, unpriced, or post-award fees for freight, delivery, travel, materials, or surcharges.
2. Offerors shall submit a separate Technical Specifications Document with their quote. To be considered for award, the offeror’s technical submission must provide sufficient "descriptive data" to demonstrate that their proposed trailer meets or exceeds every salient characteristic listed in Attachment 1. This specification document must include:
• Product Brochure/Specifications Sheet: Showing the trailer's dimensions, electrical, heating, A/C, and all other required capabilities.
• Engineering Drawings/Diagrams: Visual representations showing the layout of the 10 stalls, recessed ducted A/C, welded inner bar doors, and floor drainage systems.
• Proof of CFR Compliance: A written certification or statement in the proposal verifying that the proposed trailer complies with all applicable requirements of 9 CFR Part 3.
3. The proposed delivery time must be stated. Offers who do not submit a proposed delivery will be considered non-responsive, and be deemed ineligible for award.
