Vendors must also provide company identification, present socio-economic status, compliance with small business and VA regulatory clauses (FAR 52.219-6, 52.219-14, VAAR 852.219-10), and past performance information for similar government or commercial services. No formal contract clauses or evaluation criteria are provided as this is strictly an information-gathering RFI stage intended for market research to inform a future procurement decision. The response deadline is set for early April 2026, with submission via email to designated contracting personnel.
