This project involves mechanical system upgrades at Kerrobert Composite School, located at 115 Alberta Avenue in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan, for the Living Sky School Division No. 202. Sealed digital tenders will be received via email by Prakash Consulting Ltd. until 2:00 PM Saskatchewan Time on June 25, 2026. A mandatory site walkthrough for General, Mechanical, and Electrical Contractors will be held on June 17, 2026. The project is being administered by Prakash Consulting Ltd. as Prime Consultant, with PS Engineering Ltd. providing mechanical consulting and PWA Engineering Ltd. providing electrical consulting services. Additional InformationA mandatory site walkthrough will be held on June 17, 2026 at 1:30 PM. All General, Mechanical, and Electrical Contractors must attend. Participants are to assemble outside the main entrance on the northwest side of the building. Contractors must notify the Consultant by email at least 24 hours in advance of their intent to attend. Tender submissions shall be submitted electronically in PDF format via email only to bradley@prakasheng.ca no later than 2:00 PM Saskatchewan Time on June 25, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of 10% of the tender price, along with a Consent of Surety and Undertaking of Insurance, is required with each submission. The successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond, as well as insurance in accordance with the contract documents. All enquiries related to this tender shall be directed in writing to Prakash Consulting Ltd. (bradley@prakasheng.ca). Requests for clarification must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to closing. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities at their discretion. Tender documents are available electronically through SaskTenders and may also be reviewed at the Consultant’s office.
