The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, through its Kayenta Health Center in Arizona, plans to award a non-competitive, firm-fixed-price contract to Climatec, LLC for Energy Management & Control System services, including quarterly testing and inspection, technical support, and software updates, under the authority of FAR 12.102-1(a) and the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The procurement process is structured as a sources-sought notice to allow other potential providers the opportunity to submit capability statements by May 12, 2026, though the Government retains full discretion to proceed without competition regardless of responses. Submission must be made electronically to the designated purchasing agent, and no oral communications or formal proposals are accepted. The contract includes mandatory compliance with the Buy Indian Act, requiring immediate notification if the contractor’s eligibility status changes, with penalties applicable for false representations under federal statutes. While the specific contract value is not disclosed, the award is bounded by the SAT limit, and no detailed pricing, invoicing procedures, or technical specifications beyond the scope of services are provided. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the place of performance in Kayenta, Arizona, with responsibility for performance and compliance resting with the contractor and oversight with the Government.
