KIMCO Salt Conveyor Parts and Service Repairs

The contract is based on the determination that Kimco USA, Inc. is the only source capable of providing the specialized parts and service necessary to maintain these specific conveyors used in salt delivery operations. All parts, repairs, and service calls are provided on an as-needed basis, with additional costs for freight charges and service visits depending on the parts required and delivery location. The contract term runs from the date of award through August 1, 2027, and includes two optional one-year renewal periods, allowing for potential extension through August 1, 2029.
