Hoffman Construction Company, General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) for KC MDCSO Wet weather treatment station GC/CM Services PROJECT (“Project”) being performed for King County Wastewater Treatment Division (KC-WTD) (“Owner”) requests qualifications for Bid Packages: EC/CM, MC/CM, SC/CM – Earthwork & Utilities & SC/CM – Ground Improvements. Proposers to note, each Request for Qualifications (RFQ) MUST BE submitted on separately. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 3, 2026, at 1:00 pm at Hoffman Construction Company of Washington’s Seattle Office, 1700 Seventh Avenue, Suite 1700, Seattle, WA. Although not mandatory, it is highly encouraged that all interested firms attend this meeting. Attendees may join the meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone. If you have not used the Microsoft Teams platform previously, it is recommended you allow plenty of time to download the software and log into the meeting. Responses must be in the same order as listed, clearly separated with tabs and labeled by response. The Statement of Qualifications shall be in 8-1/2” x 11” format; one electronic copy (not exceeding 25MB in size) emailed in a single file to Bids@hoffmancorp.com no later than 2:00 p.m., October 2, 2026. Please limit submittals to 6 pages maximum, (min 10 pt font) excluding the cover letter, tabs and forms A, B & the Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire. Double sided pages shall count as two pages. Questionnaire may be attached as a separate file or submitted separately. Elaborate proposals or the inclusion of non-essential information e.g. marketing/promotional material, safety manuals, resumes, etc. is strongly discouraged. Proposals that are materially incomplete, do not include current Questionnaire with latest year-end safety and financial information (unless previously submitted), are directed to other locations or received after the bid deadline will not be considered.
