Kingston Library is requesting proposals for Manage Internal Broadband service (MIBS) for 3 years including installation, support, updates and replacement of hardware for the following equipment -1x Firewall (SKU: UDM-Pro-Max) -1x Network Core Aggregation Switch (SKU: USW-Aggregation) -1x Network Switches (SKU: USW-Pro-Max-48-PoE).
All bid responses or questions should be sent to frank@erateallstars.com. Responses that are not sent to this address will not be considered. All price proposals must be submitted electronically using the attached form. All makes and models will be considered; however, equivalent items should be noted on the form as requested. Although not a mandatory requirement, service providers should indicate if they are willing to invoice USAC directly, providing the school with the applicable discounts on their monthly billing. The email subject of your response should be titled with the school name and Form 470 # for which you are bidding; responses without this subject will not be considered. Bidders should provide all taxes and surcharges in the pricing.
